Join us for an intimate evening featuring Handwritten Wines, hosted by owners Dan and Becky Blue, for a thoughtfully curated discovery dinner at HK.

The night begins with a welcome reception, followed by a five-course dining experience created by the HK culinary team led by Chef Bryan Moscatello. Each course will be paired exclusively with Handwritten Wines, showcasing selections from Napa Valley and throughout California.

Handwritten Wines is rooted in the belief that great wine tells a story — of place, of people, and of patience. Produced in limited quantities, each wine reflects careful craftsmanship, expressive vineyards, and an unwavering attention to detail. The winery is known not only for its elegant, balanced wines, but also for creating warm, approachable experiences that invite guests to slow down and savor.

Limited to just 12 guests, the evening is built around a shared communal table, creating a more connected and conversational experience. Dan and Becky Blue will share the stories behind the wines, offering insight into the vineyards, winemaking philosophy, and the inspection that shapes every bottle.

As part of the evening, guests will also step into the kitchen for a behind-the-scenes look at the craft behind each course.

This is not a traditional wine dinner; it’s a more personal way to experience HK, designed for those who value connection, conversation, and wines that are not often poured.
