Celebrate Oktoberfest at HK with an evening dedicated to one of Germany's most celebrated grapes.
Join Ashley Stroh, Beverage Director & Sommelier at HK, and Austin, wine representative from Johnson Brothers as they guide guests through six distinct expressions of Riesling, progressing from crisp and dry to beautifully rich late-harvest selections.
Each wine will be thoughtfully paired with a multi-course menu from Chef Jarrett Kahler, inspired by the flavors and traditions of German cuisine.
Throughout the evening, Ashley and Austin will share the stories behind the wines, explore the incredible range of Riesling, and offer a closer look at how each style comes to life alongside food.
