Join us for an intimate evening centered around the wines of Staglin Family Vineyard.
The evening begins with a reception, followed by a multi-course dining experience from the HK culinary team led by Chef Bryan Moscatello. Each course is thoughtfully paired to highlight the depth, structure, and character of the wines.
Limited to a small number of guests, the experience centers on a shared communal table, creating a more connected and conversational setting. A representative from Staglin Vineyards will be seated alongside guests throughout the evening, offering insight into the wines, the vineyards, and the stories behind each pour.
As part of the evening, guests will also step into the kitchen for a behind-the-scenes moment, offering a closer look at the craft behind each course.
This is not a traditional wine dinner—it’s a more personal way to experience HK, designed for those who value connection, conversation, and wines that are not often poured.
