Join us for an intimate evening centered around the wines of Saint Helena Winery, joined by selections from Anomaly Vineyards.

The night begins with a reception, followed by a five-course dining experience from the HK culinary team led by Chef Bryan Moscatello. Each course is thoughtfully paired to highlight the depth, structure, and character of the wines.

Limited to just 12 guests, the evening is built around a shared communal table, creating a more connected and conversational experience. A representative from the vineyards will be seated alongside guests, offering insight into the wines, sharing stories, and engaging throughout the meal.

As part of the evening, guests will also step into the kitchen for a behind-the-scenes moment, offering a closer look at the craft behind each course.

This is not a traditional wine dinner, it’s a more personal way to experience HK, designed for those who value connection, conversation, and wines that are not often poured.
