As Executive Chef, Jarrett oversees HK’s ever-evolving multi-course menus, working alongside the culinary and beverage teams to create an experience that feels cohesive from the first course to the last. Each menu gives the team an opportunity to explore new ingredients, techniques, and ideas while continuing to evolve what dining at HK can be.

For Jarrett, the experience is just as important as the food itself. His goal is to create menus that feel special and unexpected while still being approachable — giving guests a reason to take the leap, trust the experience, and come back to discover what’s next.
